Is there a way to issues order comps worker to build a building at a location?

Use the action 'Run AI Script at Location' and have the location over the Command Center/Nexus/Hatchery.

He said build a building at a location. Which means ONE building in a specific spot. There is no AI script for that.

I know ,that there are no A.I. Scripts for that, but is it possible to do that?

No, you are not given such explicit control over computer AI functions unless you start modding the AI Scripts.

No, it is possible to create the illusion that the computer is building a specific building at a location, simply run an AI script over the location, and replace the building at the location the comp built with what you wanted it to build.
