Idea Of the Map
This is a sort of competition defense map. There are 4 teams of 2 and requires a minimum of 2-4 players. I'm thinking of making two versions: this one, and one that it's teamwork.( So vs Ai.)
How the hell did you think of this map?
Well I was playing Dk)killer's Reaver dodge and at first seeing the freakin null terrain on it I was like OMGWTFBBQROFLCOPTER! Anyways, he let me open the map and steal the null terrain he used, and after *twitchin* around with it, I decided to make this map.
Gameplay
Basics. Lower bottom left has a nexus and a refinery, Go get enough gas to make beer_keg fart. Then, buy units at the unit select neatly placed right beside it. After that, Upgrade your dear units at the upgrades conviently placed beside the unit selection.
Unit Price list:
2 Marines-40 gas
2 Hydras- 65 gas
2 ghosts- 55 gas
2 Dragoons- 60 gas
1 Archon- 130 gas
2 carriers- 300 gas
1 battlecruiser- 170 gas
1 goliath- 80 gas
1 Siege Tank- 120 gas
1 Lurker- 100 gas
1 Guardian- 200 gas
The Upgrades for the units cost between 40-80 gas each.
After you get 40 gas, a timer appears for 1 minute. Guess what. When the timer reachers zero, someone farts. Nah the units just spawn. Anyways, Team1 spawns teams 2's monsters, Team 2 spawns teams 3's monsters and etc until it goes back to team 1.
Levels
I'm thinking of around 20-25 levels with around 4-5 bosses. The Levels will be a blend of Virtual Hp and normal defense. As for the sprites and stuff, The bosses will be buildings and they'll be warping (quite slowly).
Production time?
Well, It shouldn't take that long. Maimum a week or two if boneless and me work fast enough on this thing. I'm alreayd around 30% done. We just need to add in the levels and Presto! we're done.
