The program Starforge OR SCMdraft2 doesn't work on my computer. Can anybody help me with this?

Check the troubleshooting thread in the stickies. Without more information on what's wrong (where does it fail? Any error messages?) we won't be able to help you.

Ok, when I click SCM or SF, it says what program I open it with. I tried every program but all it says is could not open this file. Please try again. Now what do I do?

I already told the solution in your other thread. You need a program to unzip/unrar SCMDraft2. I suggest you get Winzip( http://www.winzip.com/ ) and extract them. As for Starforge, the program should work fine if it's an EXE. Or are you using a Mac and neglected to mention that?

I'd bet he's talking about the Starforge.zip that the installer comes in. Same problem, same solution. Download winzip.

I'm using Windows 2000. winzip.com. Ok, I'll go there. Ok, should I get winzip9.0? Or is there a different version or a free version? Oh sorry, I didn't mean I got StarForge from Storm Fortress, I got it from here.
