says mscomctl.ocx' missing or one of its dependancies not registered...help once more please

Did you follow the instructions given?
Ifso, Go to the Starforge downloading page and scroll down to where you see "Required files" and make sure you have all of them, and follow any instructions.

YES IT WORKS FINALLY...woo well that was an exciting adventure...sort of thanks and sorry for my noobish ignorance.
