Ok. So I am wondering how to get an allied comp's marines/ghost/firebats into bunkers. I have tried Run AI Script Enter Closest Bunker and it makes otehr ghosts and marines go crazy. Do I have to make a location around each bunker and Run AI Script at Location? Somone told me there were otehr ways of doing it. Sadly I saved over the corrections. dots.gif So I am wondering how to do it.

One method to do it would be to make a location that is two spaces wider and two spaces taller then a bunker, and surround the bunker with your units. Give them to any player. Repeat this for every bunker, so all of them belong to some neutral player. Then, the triggers are:
Trigger
Conditions:
¤ Neutral Player brings atleast 1 Bunker to "Anywhere".
Actions:
¤ Center location labeled 'Bunker' on Bunker owned by Neutral player at anywhere.
¤ Give all any units owned by Neutral Player at 'Bunker' to Allied Comp.
¤ Run AI Script 'Enter Transport' at 'Bunker'
¤ Preserve Trigger

Voila. One location for all bunkers on the map.

Yoni: Nice job spamming.

TheoreticalHuman: Yeah that looks like the same trigger my friend told me. One question. Placing that one location will get every bunker filled right?

I haven't tested it myself, but I don't see a reason why it wouldn't.

Wouldn't it center on the lowest-left bunker repeatedly, since its a Bunker owned by a Neutral Player?

Trigger
Players:
¤ Player 8
Conditions:
¤ Current Player brings at least 1 Bunker to 'Anywhere'
Actions:
¤ Center location labeled 'Bunker' on Bunker owned by Player 8 at 'Anywhere'
¤ Give all Bunker owned by Player 8 at 'Bunker' to Player 7
¤ Give all Marine/Ghost/Firebat owned by Player 8 at 'Bunker' to Player 7
¤ Run AI Script at Location: Enter Closest Bunker at 'Bunker'
¤ Preserve Trigger

With this trigger (I think), it will center the location on a bunker (Player 8 being a Neutral Player), give the Bunker/Men to Player 7 (Computer Player), and ordering the Men owned by Player 7 into the bunker. The location would then move on to the next Player 8-owned Bunker and repeat the trigger, until Player 8 doesn't have anymore Bunkers.

One more question. What the heck is "Center Location"? Do you mean center view? Or am I some kind of noob who doesn't know a trigger? pinch.gif

Lethal, if you read my triggers, it does that in a different manner. Your method is probably better. The trigger is "move location".

Ungh...well that worked for one bunker. Except the marines didn't get inside. So basically it just went from player 6 to player 7. dots.gif I must be doing something wrong, but i have the exact trigger you guys did. Except the players of course they're different. Is there something I could be doing wrong?

You have to set up the players yourself, so say you want the bunker to go to player 6, you have to give it to some neutral player first, then have it go to player 6. Use brain.

Obviously by what I said I did that. It still won't work. The marines aren't even going into the bunkers now. Like I said there must be something else wrong because it won't work. Maybe someone can make a trigger for my needs. Player 6 is the neutral comp. Player 7 is the allied comp. Location name is Bunker. If that helps please make a trigger that I can copy exactly. If not then I will find some other way to do it.

Edit#1: I found my mistake. The marines entered bunkers everywhere but one minor problem. In a few spots the bunker was still brown, also in a few spots one or two marines didn't go into bunker. I thought it was the location so I made it bigger. It didn't help. If anyone knows why this might be happening please tell me. Thanks.

ADDITION:
Sorry for double posting but this is pissing me off. Now most units enter bunker but like 1 or 2 don't. I don't understand what is happening. Please someone tell me what I am doing wrong.

Try adding a wait time (Any number, even 0 should work) between the 'Give Units' action and the 'Run AI Script' Action. The problem might be that the actions all run at once since there's no wait, so they try entering the bunker which isn't theirs yet (Then the trigger moves on to the next bunker, voiding the fact that not all marines entered).

Maybe your location is a little too small, and not all the units are close to the bunker.

The triggers work for me: [attachmentid=10863]

Or that. Make sure your location is around 5 wide X 4 high (Enough to cover up 1x1 location all the way around the bunker).

Ok yesterday(after trying for 2 hours mind you) I got brown to enter bunkers, then bunkers to go to white(the players I am using). Only problem was there were no men in the bunkers when I killed it. disgust.gif I thought "Hey maybe the actions should be reversed, to switch units first then enter bunkers." I was wrong. I am TOTALLY lost now. Since the beginning the location has been huge. I thought they may be the problem as well so I made it big from the start. All units are VERY close the the bunkers. I did the wait a long time ago but like I said there were no units in the bunker. Please help.

Post the map?

Do you have any triggers that remove units on the map?
There shouldn't be a problem with giving bunkers filled with units to other players.

Thanks for all the help people. Sadly, I finally figured out the problem. I was giving the marines to player 6 as well as the bunker. So when the units changed both the marines and bunkers appeared at the same time, making it impossible for the units to enter the bunker. ANYWAYS, again thanks for the help.
