Hey, it's pretty simple really. I want to learn how to do this graphical artwork that you guys do, and I would like a little help. Many of you guys can make some pretty stunning signatures and artwork, so please help me learn the basics

Hey if you wanna do graphical art take a pencil and paper and make a line. THen scribble for a minute.[/smartass remark]
Graphical is visuals. Therefore, scribbling on paper is graphical art. Sorry, since Kame already answered your question I had to bitch at the way you worded your topic

actually...my stuff isn't the best (the reason why I rarely post it anywhere), but that's what I do; I scribble in Photoshop CS and mess with the filters.

There are many way's to start off your graphic making skills.
Go one google and look for photoshop tutorial's, Do a few of them, And you will get better and better.
