Now that I'm back in the clan, I'd like to give some advice as to how things in the clan work. These aren't orders or leadership commands, but they are only suggestions. You guys don't need to follow any of this, reject it completely if you like, these are just a few of the things that I've learned from past experience:

Ranks
Originally, when I was back in the first days of East, I wanted to keep things very simple, three ranks: Leaders, Co-Leaders, and Members. That's all. The idea of RMP) disturbs me a little. First of all, it seems like a degraded notion of Mp) members: "You're an Mp), but not exactly or as much as the others because you got in with a bound." I just feel that there should be a uniform standard for all the members to join, not one seperate for bounds and one for the rest of them. Keeping it simple with just the ranks of members and of leaders keep people from competing too much within the clan, and that way, lowers the risk of feuds and wars internally.

Recruiting
You guys all know that I'm all about old school. Simple, not simplistic. Basically, Leaders recruit only. I think you might have gone through this, and that you probably do it already (I don't know). But if the leaders truly deserve the position, they'd know who and who they don't want in the clan. If not, they could at least ask for advice.

Actually, I can't think of anything else right now. Other than those things, I can't see much error. Please read over some of these, and again,. these are only suggestions. Feel free to dismiss them if you'd like.

I think we can fix the Rmp) thing easily since there are..0 Rmp) members. I talked about it with minigame a while ago about getting rid of the system. I dont know what happened to that.

I don't think we should go TOO harsh on him, I think the proper punishment would be a TEMPORARY suspension of moderator powers.

1. To all who posted. There was no reason for anyone to post anything that had something to do with your problems about minigame. Nothing in this thread was related to what you've just said, and you guys changed a perfectly fine topic into another thread posting against minigame.

2. To minigame. There should never be any reason to delete a post unless it was your own and you wanna take back what you said before someone sees it. Deleting things won't solve problems. People will post again, and even worse this time because your action says you want to delete a piece of history. Do what I told you before and things should be fine .

We don't bug him (as much) because he no longer leads Mp) and rarely posts on SEN. Thank god.

ADDITION:
Deleting our posts will make it worse.
Banning us will make it worse.
Locking this thread will make it worse.

Posting will help. Why don't you stop abusing powers and start listening.

Sniper: I simply suggested that Minigame has no more moderator powers. He went and deleted the post, therefore provoking us to retaliate, and hence turning the thread into a big fiasco leading to Minigame's demise.

Nah, I actually liked T-Virus more, probably because I knew him for like 5 years, probably longer, however T-Virus was a better leader of Mp) because he had common sense.

I see nothing wrong with it.
Also, I don't know about the clan, but I'm 100% sure the forum would be a much happier place without you pinning random threads and deleting posts left and right.

I think you should lock it. This kind of discussion should go in garbage.

Anyway, back on topic. I think that there should be a sticked Mp) maps showcase thread where each post is one of those long map showcase posts.
You should get a lot more respect if you bragged about your maps more.

Minigame, you shouldnt delete things. By doing that your ridding people the right of free speech.

oh ya, and i've never seen Yoshi delete that many posts, and he's modded for much longer then u.
