Ok well I've been wanting to start my website but, I need to know where to start it like the background, layour, body, all that stuff please help me on programs I would need.

adobe Photoshop like 7.0 or cs or cs2 it might work with older versions.. You need this to make the template their are plenty of tutorials on how to make tutorials then slice and code them..

but isnt Photoshop CS2 for like signatures?? cuz if i did make a template with it how do i put it into HTML???

you slice it with the slice tool then save it in html format
