1. how do I make it so that a lurker has a attack option when unburrowd?
2. how do I make it so that a lurker can use needle spines only when unburrowd?
3. what file in StarCrafts mpqs do I edit to make the credits and what mpq is it in?

1. That requires MemGraft or StarGraft, which will only work for 1.12, or for 1.07>, respectively. So you can't do it for 1.13.

2. As far as I know, you can't.

I think it's more complicated then that EzDay (aka -Jake-) with the lurker thingy. What makes it so a lurker can only attack when burrowed is the kind of question to ask BSTRhino. I think that some aspects of it might be hard coded into SC.

About the credits, browse the SEN modding team thread, there is a post there about how to do credits.
