okay no matter what i do WinMPQ always extracts in german! does anyone know how to fix this? please

You should be extracting the files with a locale id of 0. You're probably extracting the ones with 1031 which is german.

no. i make sure to use either 1033 or 0 but it doesnt help! post something that complies with my above request please

Step 1. make sure it IS set to 0
Step 2. make sure your listfile is in english
Step 3. make sure your starcraft is a english version
Step 4. if all else fails redownload it at staredit.net
