Okay, I fixed the member ratings. I had to reset the current ratings as a result

- Now you can't rate yourself (its more fair!)
- After 15 days, you will be able to vote again for the person. This is good if you change your opinion about someone.

Time extended to 30 days. Its a good idea, but we cant be too cruel. People can change very quickly

I think it should somehow work out to be like a rate this member, and then it goes through the files and changes it, because I don't want to rerate people every month! How boring! See if you can change it, or make it a year, no one is going to change that fast! (Like Macro Evolution)

You dont have to rerate. Your vote never gets lost.
