IP's fit better, Illusions look better, I think they both suck though.

Right is what Firefox might look like with 70% transparency, left is what IE might look like with 0% transparency. You could do two images for browsers that support PNG, or one gif.
Looking at them again, they're not any better than yours, but why not have a 3rd option?

I gave illusion ftp access to the forum buttons folder so he can play with them at his leisure.
Note to illusion: r_* images: 20px in height!
Another note to illusion: The pill doesn't look that great with text in it. Try fixxing the font and maybe make it a tad darker.
