What are your predictions about WWIII:

When will it happen?
Where would it occur?
Who will be involved?
What will it be about?



- I think WWIII will happen very soon, probably within 50-100 years
- And it might occur in the Middle East area
- Us, countries of middle east
- Over our presence

Well, you cant be sure what will happen. But something about it... Well, Eintein said something like this-
"I dont know what kind of weapons they will use in World War 3. But i know what will be used in World War 4, Sticks and Stones."
I cant get enough of that.

Anyway, I can only say this

-Probably the next 30-80 years
-I think some dictator such as hitler will arise somewhere... I couldnt say where...

Here are my thoughts...

- I think WWIII will happen within 20-70 years
- It may occur in Middle East... As always.
- United States, Iraq , Japanese, Or Chinese
- Jealousy, Or Oil

That is if you believe the Bible, and everything it has to say about anything. Considering that Iraq (most of it) seems to be thankful that we're there, and Japan has like no army to speak of, I don't think that they'll be key players. China might, with their massive armed forces, but I think that by the time nuclear weapons are used in widespread warfare, we'll have colonized other solar systems. I truly think that someday we'll all be so intermingled that there will be universal peace.

AE, do you know the power needed to go to solar systems? You need a SHITLOAD of power.

You won't need a whole lot of power, If our knowledge keep's increaing, Then we will find a way out to not use that much.

Yea, inter-stellar war is probably next. I was so excited when they had that cooperate space-race this past year. But it seems to have gone no where. That's all I got to say about world war III

Oh, and maybe by then, America will not be a world power. Who knows?

When? Hopefully never, but in 50-100 years

Where? Im geussing Middle East-Asia area.

Why? Im geussing a smaller country that America supports will be invaded by another country. American soldiers are sent in to help out that smaller country. The invading country will have allies also and bring them into the war. Oh crap, America asks for help from the U.K., U.K. brought into the war. So now many countries are fighting, I believe this is how it will happen.

Who? America and her allies, vrs. A large super power and many smaller countries.

Japan can't go in a war, they don't have such thing as a military (U.S. Military protects them)

When? 20-100 years
Where? I'm guessing either USA Vs China or USA Vs Russia (I think first one more though)
Who?USA, Russia, China 3 Superpowers
What? We send our nukes at them, they send our nukes at us, (we launch about 1000 each, making a total of 2000, enough to destroy our planet 10 times over) North America and Asia is wiped off the map, enough fires and dust from the explosions are created to block out the sun from reaching the earth, 5,000,000 years of Nuclear Winter occurs, 98% of homosapiens is wiped off the map, I'm guessing only about .2% of humans will survive once the nuclear winter is over.

When: 10-45 years
Where: Global War
Who: A shitload of possibilities ranging from USA vs China to Russia vs China to just the War on Terrorism horribly gone wrong.
What: Conventional warfare on a large scale most likely. If anybody uses nukes, its a suicide tactic and they know it. They'd rather have a chance of winning rather than have all hopes obliterated in the sterilizing flames of atomic destruction.

And Sunoco, you WILL need a lot. And even if you use a lot, it will take hundreds of years for interstellar travel. THEN there is the problem of interstellar warfare: You can only fit so many people in a ship and have it get to the enemy in a quick enough time to invade.

Well hopefully this never happens but

When: 40-125 years
Where: Sea, land around Asia Minor and Africa
Who: A new evil dictator who looked up to Hitler stands up and starts assaulting Asia Minor and islands around Africa. The people of Africa and the US <hopefully if we have a good president> and other countries will aid in the war. The dictator may be leading a country between Europe and Asia, but before reaching Asia Minor, takes over any city in the armies path.
What: Advanced battleships fighting using machine gun turrets within them and cannon fire. Also new fighter jets that have been invented. And for the ground combat, infantry that use armor piercing rounds and advanced squad tactics. Some sort of chance of a nuke, but probably not that high. Also there would be vehicles for ground combat. Tanks and trucks probably have been improved and support heavier guns, and trucks have mounted heavy machine guns from 3 sides.

I can't foresee a WWIII based on current events. Middle eastern affiars could never turn into a world war IMO. There would be a clearly dominant side in all of the battles (obviously USA/Europe) and I doubt it would ever escalade into something even comparable to a WW. The rebels/terrorists/hostiles have few major allies, if any.

One way it could happen, is if America gets too powerful and too imperialistic (A trend in which we've been doing for a quite a long time now), and that the UN and other nations would rise up against us. Then America would be the bad guy, but we'll be too patriotic to notice.

If a third world war doesn't consume the Earth.

BTW, a third world war starting in the middle east is more unlikely than having it start anywhere else.

I have no idea when, but it won't start during my lifetime.

I put my hopes in that mankind would not use nuclear weapons.

Even Saddam Hussein wouldn't do that! He'd surely be smart enough to realize that using nuclear weapons would also mean his own eradication.

Not really, Imperialism ended with WW2 for us.

it will happen between countries with high resources and lots of land.
germany, russia, france, italy, UK, USA, etc
resources and getting more land, as ell as destroying alliance between, say, UK and USA
u didnt ask, but i belive thast the outcome will be all the countries shooting nukes @ each other and the world being dstroyed
but this (i guess) is nt the best theory,and usa will prob win wiv help from UK and france.

i dont think WW3 will happen for a long time
first off no European nation is into that kind of stuff anymore and their economies are steady thanks to the Euro; so no need of revolution any new dictator like hitler would probably be deposed of once America finds out hes building a gigantic armed force. Russias economy is on on the brink of collapsing (i mean they even sold a nuclear sub to the Russian mafia for cash) so they dont have the resources for it and i doubt they will revolt the government for fear of another Stalin. China well we arent on that bad aof foreign policy that we our on brinkmanship or feel threatened. And if i am wrong i think that the first nation to use nuclear weapons would be considered the main enemy and maybe even some of their alliances would shatter.

I don't know where, when, or how ww3 will happen, but im sure it will wipe out half the human race very fast. Look at todays weapons; nukes, stealth jets, etc etc. Soldiers won't be effective unless specially equipped, and after the first nuke hits, lots of other countries will join in, and the only survivors will be the winners and the ones who stayed neutral. World war doesnt mean every country starts fighting, it means lots of countries.

Well, in our lifetime, its not likely, but don't be surprised if it does. I dont wanna think that the US would be the enemy, but they just have way too much damn power. You also can't rule out biochemical weapons, to knock us all out dead.
The location, anywhere, but will be the size of a country for every campaign. Almost every battle even. War is not apon us, but can be. Let's just hope we don't require draftage. Well, let's just hope that WWIII will never happen.

The United States has the best technological weapons (nukes, chemicals, airforce, etc) but our guerilla warfare sux. The VietCongs owned us with their more prudent and expedient guerilla tactics back in the Vietnam War

Not really, its all based on YOUR or MY interpretation of whats going on right now. I can see us pulling out of Iraq and in a year or so hitting another terrorist country. We aren't going to make Iraq into one of our colonies, we ARE NOT. Iraq will most likely come out of this thing an Ally and Democratic Islamic nation, which is good .

I think what your thinking is we are going to occupy Iraq forever and its going to be a colony and we will run the government.
