It is somewhat big, but thats what the teleporters and fast vehicles are for, for example: if you are at the enemies base and flood start going to yours, use the teleporter at the enemies base. BTW, the teleporters have 3 possible places now, i'll add maybe 4 more i think. Headlong on SC would be impossible really, since theres no real 3d. This is more like extended blood gulch.

Whats the difference between "Halo 2" and "Halo II"? Besides, Roman numerals just look a little more stylish. Right now, the vehicles are: Warthog, Scorpion, UNSC Fighter (A longsword is way more powerful than a banshee), Banshee, Ghost, and Wraith. And I'll add bomb assault and ctf elements alongside the combat, sort of like Half-Life Team Fortress SC had (deathmatching and ctf together)

Ok I will start with a marines version of the banshee should be a pelicen! but then the problem is that its also a transport ship so its kinda hard on the triggers! Try to put in the covenent specter as i found out around 17 hours ago (I need sleep!) On a map like Waterworks with single CTF with 2 teams of 8 a specter is a great transport! Besides the fact that it can have a driver and a gunner the 2 dudes that can sit on the sides make it bloody sweet!
Mounted Guns now, the covenent mounted plasma gun is actully really,really,really weak but it shoots at a easy pace so you might want to stack 2 photon cannons, the marines only have normal mounted guns with a alright damige and shoots really fast (it takes 20 seconds to kill som1 with the mounted gun) So try to take that into consederation
The Bomb Assult sounds good because as i no the bomb assult can really be a pain in the ass! try to change it to the bomb assult as the SCV could be the MC with bomb and the probe could be the Elite with the bomb! and remember that the bomb can kill any1 with a normal sheild if they hit them in the face or if they hit them in the back (as any weapon will kill if hit in the back)

Aren't all of us in this topic some kind of Halo freak? Like i said before, Bomb Assault elements will be in the map. SCV/PROBE bombers are good. If anyone knows about my Mercenaries map, you will also know about the mod I used with it. I could make a mod for this, but it could be a pain in the ass to use a mod online.

Yeah, I said before in this post that a Longsword is overkill compared to a Banshee, so a generic UNSC Fighter should do. I'll make the turrets kill around 6-7 seconds.

First of all, the hijacking triggers would basically be useless if I tried to implement three person vehicles. I'd have to overhaul them, and that seems a little too deep. I never planned on making the map so deep, but now I realized that I really should. Heck, I definitely have all the time to do it.
OK, now for some real updates:
First of all, there are teleporters at each base which, similar to the respawn trigger, will send you to one of three currently possible locations. 3 isn't enough, so naturally, I'll add more.
The Turret System I have right now is simple, each team can only control their own respective turrets (to prevent ownage), and to control them, you simply walk near them. Like in the real game, if you leave them, you cannot use them.
With the suggestions of CTF and Bomb Assault, I think I'll add these to the map.
And finally, vehicles being able to run over players will be implemented somehow. I just have to get to work. I think I'll let the Scorpion run over everything though, vehicles included.
