Is your ocx file in the proper folder?

You might need to register it:
start->run "regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx"

Hmmmm, I downloaded an ActiveX Controls thingy (.ocx) helper thingy and it helped me quite a bit. Then I downloaded the COmmon Controls thingy an dI got SF FINALLY to work. Maybe you should reinstall it.
