Now that I'm done with the bugs, lets go onto website improvements.
If theres something you wish to see, please suggest it. But note, that it may not be done. I'll have to judge it if its worthwhile and possible. Plus I got to take page loading into consideration. However, I'll do my best to forfill your suggestions:

Remove the "scan user" function from profiles. I noticed you made it so that it no longer loads their rpg stuff (instead it just kicks you to the sen index).
Its the little things, like pics not loading, that bug me. So when a pic doesn't load (and doesn't actually exist on the server), it bugs me. Just a pet peeve...

I can't "force" people to use it. What I can do, it change it so it looks more like the arcade rating system I made. That good?

You might want to include pics in the tutorials either for showing the methods(locations) or for showing the effects. Picture = thousand words(especially those that are unwritten).

The shout box should say the time of the shout. Also is there a way to use target with php code?

Thats not a good idea. It says the times in the main shoutbox area, the bottom is just for quick messages while forum surfing.

Have more levels of organization for the sounds, like Battle Musics, Modern Weapons, Modern Appliances, Futuristic Weapons, Lasers... etc.

Err, I meant making some of those tutorials that are already up more understandable by including pics for the effects or for the methods(location placement)

Another little tiny thing that I noticed: With the image-scale stuff, could you make it so that they would scale uniformly? I have a pic that is 165x152, and the scale prog changes it to 125x125, distorting the original image. Instead of that, just have the larger dimension scale to the max, and the smaller one scale to the same degree, wherever that may be...

I think he means in the shout box. My avatar there is really misshapened as well. Maybe you can change the algorithm for the resize.

Well, you could change it manually. It isn't that hard, I can even do it for you if you want or if you're too lazy. For a price (like...er...25 minerals or something).
