Staredit Network

I've tried searching the forums, but unsuccessfully, didn't find anything too relevant sooo...

I got the Arsenal III or whatever it's call to view the unit movement speeds, but I couldn't. Now, I was trying to make a defense map, and I was trying to sort the units by their movement speeds. Now, is there an editing program that would let me know how fast all of the units are compared with each other, or do I have to make a map, line up all of the units, and race them to determine their speeds?
