I believe he means moving by themselves. You use the action "Order":
Order "Terran Building" at 'location1' to "move" to 'location2'.
Order "Terran Building" at 'location1' to "move" to 'location2'.

Just like any normal unit, you can move(teleport) them to locations and order them to move to locations.

Also, you might want to make sure your location is including air units.
