well, for the brushes, you can just search in google or something, thats what i did. and the borders, you can go to Tutorial Outpost or Good-Tutorials, theres a lot of info on how to make all kinds of borders.

well, im not that good at photoshop so i just use grunge brushes. here is the link to the site i went to, it some nice brush sets.
