Just today, I finished making some improvements for the Downloads Database. Here they are:

(Suggested by (U)Bolt_Head) Make the 'creator' and 'submitter' of a map different things.
Download categories reorganized into subcategories more.
Random Picture accually randomizes properly! Wooo!

I love that! Its so annoying when you write progs to randomize things, and they just run really simple patterns. I had so much trouble with those in java...
