* MODERATOR OPTIONS: Allow to "Uber-Lock Topic", locking the topic and disabling the member's ability to open it again, in addition to the normal lock.
Locking/Unlocking will also be done in a tier base fashion.
A member can't unlock a topic a forum mod, gmod, or admin locked.
A gmod can't unlock a topic an admin locked.
A gmod can unlock a topic a forum mod locked.
This tier system will be used a lot
.

* DLDB: When denying files, send an auotmatic notice to submitter, and allow the dldb keeper to attach comments (I already do this manually).
Will be done... I've said it a couple of times by now.

* PROFILE VIEW: If name changes are included, show a history of past names of the member in the profile.
That's a
ing hawt idea. I will probably do.

* GROUPS: (optional) - If needed allow Elite members to have a limited number of moderation options in the Other forums. These options would be (Unpin, Lock, Unlock, and Move to Garbage) and would be notated by a auto-generated post. The generated posts appears in the member's name but does not increment post count/minerals and can't be edited or deleted.
Nah... but this generated post thing will be used quite a bit.
A "post" will appear when topics are locked, unlocked... a post gets deleted... etc with the reason specified. This post won't include avatars, signatures, etc.

btw, IP, is the Reputation in the SENv5 for my system? We really ought to use it.
No it's not...
Or at least not that I know of...
There is no admin value from 5 to 12 or whatever that equation had. Admin and repuation is like -infinity to +infinity, so you can't factor things in that way.
Karma / repuation will be the factor of many, many, many things.
Group promotions will have some type of equation like this:
c = senv4 "Cumulative" posts
p = all posts ever made - c
k = admin repuation "karma"
r = member reputation
k * 20 + r *10 + c * 5 + p / 4
or something similiar... maybe p will have a max limit on how many points it can contribute to the equation. It is simple and effective.
