Besides the fact that we don't know the context of these quotes, there are also some that aren't even bad, and that could have been said by anyone (or are obvious jokes):
I should comment on this one. As athiest as I am, this is true.  "Seperation of church and state" was invented later.  Read the first ammendment.

Well, like I said, some of those are obviously jokes.  But the "you are with us or against us" attitude is not all that unreasonable.

Think about it:

If country A knows that country B is about to be attacked by terrorists and doesn't tell them, then it isn't very unreasonable to say that country B is against country A.

So you claim yourselve to be a conservative or a moderate? Cause you DO know, all these people are right wing conservatives.

I gurantee you can't find liberals that would say stuff that shock as MUCH as what these conservatives have said.

The politcal spectrum is not linear; don't be so naive.

We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity. We weren't punctilious about locating and punishing only Hitler and his top officers. We carpet-bombed German cities; we killed civilians. That's war. And this is war.

Not all Muslims may be terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims.

Being nice to people is, in fact, one of the incidental tenets of Christianity, as opposed to other religions whose tenets are more along the lines of 'kill everyone who doesn't smell bad and doesn't answer to the name Mohammed'
