How do you find your computers ip code?

Depends if you are using a router or not...

If not, one way is to go into command prompt and type ipconfig...

If you are, you have to access your router/gateway/whatever to see your ip. Depending on your configuration, you can do that by going here: http://192.168.1.100

Why would it matter?

If you want to get your IP exactly as it appears on the other end with no exceptions or problems, you can get several free web sites to report it for you.

DNSStuff is a website that (under all of the boxes) will tell you your IP and where it is that you most likely live. You will also find many tools for IP address manipulation, should you need them.

IP, I tried that address and it doesnt work. However http://192.168.2.1 works for me.

By the way. I use Windows2000 and qwertywerty uses WindowsXP (I know him in real life tongue.gif), anyways, we both tried ipconfig and it just crashed as soon as it opened. It doesn't matter now since Tarh posted that site. He found his IP and he's trying to use his IP in tests to clear his latency problems.
