There are a few possibilities that I think may be causing this problem.
A)How are you attempting to open the program? It tends to crash if you open it through a .dat file. I've also seen crashes result from quick-launch opening.

B)Try opening one of those .dat files with another editor (ArrEdit, Arsenal 0). This may or may not tell you exactly what's corrupted. It may be your Arsenal III.

C)If you're absolutely sure that it's the .tbl file, just extract a new one from patch_rt.mpq in your starcraft folder, and try that one.

Reinstall Arsenal III. You either moved or replaced the original tbl files. If you replaced them from ones in the mpq then you will need to reinstall.

You also can't get those tbl files from the mpqs because they are all blank.

A)I opened it the regular way through Arsenal III
B)I have already tried that and it worked perfectly
C)I tried that but most of them are completely blank and crash also with the same error

Here you go since you can't reinstall. These are updated tbl files that I did last year that gets rid of the unknowns in the flingy, images, and sprites editor.
