Actually, privatizing a good amount of the schools is a good idea. The American public school system sucks. The teachers dont get paid enough, thats why we dont get any really good teachers.

If people paid money to go to school, the teachers would get paid more, and more professional people would want the job.

To clear things up, the postal service isn't fully owned by the government.

Anwyays, about the schools no it isn't, because not all people can get enough money to pay for such schools. I'd rather improve the existing system. (Yes, no child left behind is really: Child who is just below passing doesn't get left behind, while the smart ones and the ones way below passing are left in the dust.)
Making social socurity optional sounds good, but leaves too many people hanging in the air, teh disabled, retired.

Changing income tax to a sales tax is just asking for mayhem, because although you keep more paycheck money and whatnot, you pay more for everyday items.

End the war on drugs, i'd disagree, drugs polute the mind more than video games.

Replace the government with the system of Anarchy of the Enlightened.

Uh... No child left behind = If you don't get this score on this test, you fail high school.

If we wasn't in debt, we wouldn't need taxes....

If we was to end the war on certain drugs, then we would have more money to spend on essential things.

End the war on Marijuana, legalize it, and tax the hell out of it = Get us a surplus instead of deficit.

Legalizing marijuana would be for medical purposes, not recreational.

Perhaps we could have a compromise on the education system. Have parents pay their school directly (their choice), but retain the laws saying that education is mandatory. Also, have the government enforce guidelines for schools to follow. Any schools that could not or refuse to meet such guidelines would be shut down.

And there are already private postal companies - i.e. what was formerly the UPS (now the Brown Company or something).



We already have sales taxes. Besides, a tax is a tax. Money means way too much to you. You'll realize that it is, in fact, quite worthless.

Marijuana already is legal in some states for medical purposes... If they legalized it for recreational, they would make big bank, and it would probibly stimulate the economy for many reasons.

Example: More DWI (Not DUI) tickets = more money into the government. It would probibly cost $50 for a pack of like 5-10 joints (Of some really good government grown shiz) They could somehow create licences to grow it (The government could make that work and it would cost big bucks, and there would be annual "taxes" that you would have to send in or something)

So really, it is a damn good idea to legalize it for recreational use because they would make hella bank.

You can't force schools to do anymore then they already do. And the Federal Government doesn't run schools, the State does.

Anything that deals with the postal service, has government intervention. May not be a lot, but the government LOVES to get into private businesses business

I dont know anything about drugs.. if its bad then the governement should, as he said, legalize and tax it, and if it isnt, do the same thing. It might kill off some of the population, it will give the government more money, etc etc.

About no child left behind:
The bottom line is that people who are points away from passing get teh attention and help.
I had two family members come from the south in Alabama to visit (My great aunt and her older son.) well, in their house, one of the other children happens to be... no offense meant, mentaly retarded. (My aunt used this term herself, so I might as well too.) In school, because of the mass number of students, and teh growing pressure to get passing grades, my cousin gets barely any help.
So the dumb get dumber, the smart are held back, and those just barely missing the mark get all the help because it saves time and money, yet hurts the nation more than any drug.


About China:
One word: EMBARGO, I mean china is killing are industry, when I visited Maine recently, the big news was that some factories and other places that dealt heavily with industry are diasppearing.

Having a sales tax instead of an income tax would encourage savings.

Privatize schools as well? I see you don't care about those below you very much at all, even when it comes to children. If schools privatize, they would have to charge parents even more money in order for them to be able to run the school. And with no welfare, you're basically saying, hey poor, go yourself. Hey rich, here is that new yaht you always you wanted.

Only one I strongly agree with is the war on drugs part. But the one right below is just, wtf you smoking? Ending taxation? Are you currently on da crack?

well.....that would kinda work. but realy, there is no fix. there is no perfect government. there is on way to take a government, gut it, and re-build it from the ground up. it would colaps and a new government would arise, but it will be worse than the one before. anyway, im done thinking about something that i cant fix.
