when ever i go to Arsnel III it says "A required DLL file, EXCAL.DLL was not found"

I think that means that you do not have a certain system requirement like visual basics or something cause that file isnt in my Arsenal III folder and it works perfectly...
(except for the fact that when I open the sound editor the sprite editor pops up but thats just a bug in the program

It is a bug in the program. Excal.dll is also located on in your systems folder. The program just can't find it. You can try to reinstall Arsenal III and see if that works.

This has happened to me to. This is because you moved the arsenal III folder from one computer to another. This made it so all the files that arsenall III instals on you computer were moved to the other one, except for EXCAL.DLL.
Instead try moving the arsenal III instaler and installing it the normal way.
This problem can also be caused by using networked computers.
Someone exstract this file from their systems folder and post it here for him, I can't at the moment.
