Say you have something like heal unit health to 100%
then wait say oh 3 seconds then preserve trigger... Would it heal, wait 3 seconds, then repeat?

Yes. If you don't have hypercheck, though, about two more seconds will be added, as the cooldown time between trigger list checks. With hypercheck, there is no additional perceivable delay.

it will heal the unit, then delay 3 seconds, then the trigger will repeat and heal it again aslong as the unit still fulfills the conditions

Just a note, if your trying to heal actual unit hp, you can't do that because HP can only be modified, not added or subtracted.

well if you have them going to a location for the health, i dont think the wait would really matter if the location is away from enemy units
i may be wrong though
