in xtra if you go to unit and hero settings there will be bars to the right that you copy and paste
if in starforge there should be squares with the color featured (in unit and hero settings too)

The Brood War music can be found by loading BW-CD's Install.exe in WinMPQ, and extracting "music\[race]1.wav". The Brood War tracks are attached to the beginning of the original tracks.
Be sure to download the required files for WinMPQ, and a listfile, if you don't already have one.
