I am currently working on a map... and am trying to split up trigs by sections, with comments naming the section... but the thing is... all my new trigs are starting 3rd from the top of the list, with the remaining below... and I can't move any of them around... it's making me mad.

You can't move them in starforge (hopefully yet) so just use another editor to move the triggers up and down.
