Does antone know how to put unit moidications into single player UMS maps. I just dont know, this guy called stealth knows how i just cant figure it out 
i cant tell u all of it, but i've heard this before and it got answered. Either, here, or the starcraftmoddingempire site. all i remember is, Open WinMPQ and search for this thing where it'll allow you to disable multiplayer. Sorry if I couldnt help you as much. I thought it might help though.
Okay, there are two things I can think of that you're talking about:
You made a mod, and tried playing it in a UMS game, but the units still had their UMS stats instead of your mod stats.
This would be because maps take precedence over StarCraft itself, otherwise you wouldn't even be able to modify units in UMS AT ALL... which should be obvious.
My next guess would be that you're talking about Triggers of God, in which case this would go in the Triggers of God thread.

What Did U Edit On Your Mod?

All i changed was attacks and gave people sheilds and thats all and I cant get it to work in UMS

The Only Things That I Know That Dont Work On Ums Are
Damage And Upgrade Bonus Dmg
TBL Edited Names
But Thats Only A N00B Modder Talking I Bet There Is Alot More That Cannot Be Used On Mods
And Post The Mod So I Can See Whats Wrong
You have to make the ums maps with the modded campaign editor or every name/up/attack/some other things will be set to the .chk files default
Ill post the mod when i can but right now what do u mean modded editor?
Is it the xtra editor, starforge and so on...
ADDITION:
After heading down the road to doing moding in ice (and cuming out sucessfully, cos im currently writing a mod for protoss and when realease it its ganna be called WTF PROTOSS.) I figured it out. So all I have to do is load the mpq patch into the editor and then either load or make the map i want to hav my mods in it, and this is how I do it i then use my patch the normal way, then goto to the moddified map, and thats how i did it
. took me my time tho.
