Muahahah and so it begins. I've been working on an RP map for three days now. It's one where you have the selectors in their area and you move em on to a beacon and the unit spawns under a spawner. No quests or anything. But I went to test it yesterday after supposedly completing the triggers and found some major problems.

1)My 'Move Location' trigger for my Spawner doesn't move. So no matter where the Spawner is, the units all appear in the center of the map.

2)I made Player7, a computer, have observers around the map and they move to the center of the map and explode with that cool map reveal effect. Problem is, I can't get Player 7, a seperate force from the RPers, to sharevision.

3)No matter what I put in the time for Mission Briefing it closes immediately.

I'll have more soon, believe me.

Make sure you center the desired location onto the unit (which you only have 1 of each player) in the location of anywhere. Or a location in which you want it to be centered but just anywhere sicne it is an RP.

Vision problem
http://www.staredit.net/index.php?tutorial=64 you probably seletecte the trigger for the wrong player. Select your trigger for all the human player and run the AI script to share vision for player 7.

Alright I think I figured out the first problem with spawner. I have to test it but I forgot an obvious thing. Preserve Trigger. So the Location DID center on the spawner. Just for like 1 second. And I'll try the vision and briefing thing now too.

preserve trigger might not be your problem. Whenever you try to center a location on something that isn't there it moves to the middle. If it did center where it was supposed to it would stay there unless of course the location of the unit you were centering on started in the middle of the map... then ya preserve trigger is your problem -.-
