My theory on making a perfected moving bunker is almost done.
just one thing.
Once a bunker is disabled(invisible) how do you make it shoot?
iv seen marines come on top of the bunker every time they near a unit , but how would this be accomplished?

Uh..when you disable a bunker, only the bunker is disabled, not the marines inside. Therefore, the marines will be able to fire normally, but won't be able to come out of the bunker.

Also there's a difference between invisible bunkers and cloaked bunkers. Disabling bunkers cloaks them, and moving bunkers makes them invisible.

I'm not sure if this is exactly how you are doing it, but you won't get the units inside of the bunker to move with it if you are using the move trigger. It will just create the invisible bunker effect.

When you use the move trigger on a bunker, it creates the invisible bunker effect. When you move the bunker, the units inside will still shoot from the ORIGINAL place the bunker is, they won't move with the bunker, which therefore creates the invisible bunker effect, because the bunker is not there, yet units are shooting, looking like they are shooting from nowhere.

It's not a perfect system and I don't know if it's what you're looking for, but after a little bit of refining of this, and you should be able to accomplish what you're after.

NOTE: When the Map starts, move the Science Vessel around and Bunkers will follow with auto-loading units.
ALSO: There is a Unit to the left of the starting point you can use to test it's firing.

As said, it's not perfect, but it's something to work off of.
