Alright, I want to create a map in which the Zealot has an attack that doesn't use the melee-script for attacking.
By pointing the Zealot to a script for a ranged-unit(since ranged units use the basic Attack with 1 or Use Appropriate Weapon scripts), I can have this, but my Zealot would probably do some kind of bizarre non-sensical dance whenever it attacks.
Does anyone know of any unit's attack animation that looks decent when played with the Zealot's frames?

No, it wouldn't. Each iscipt attack will look something like this:
playframe(a)
wait
playframe(b)
wait
playframe©
and so on.
He's looking for one that lines up with the zealot frames. Offhand, I don't know. Try looking for units with close to the same number of frames.
I dont think there is much of any animatin that can really be put into a zealot to make it flow just right. What i mean is that making a zlot shoot like a marine just looks weird, but you might be able to figure something out, hope ya do.
Just like DT_Battlekruser, I wouldn't know any off-hand. I wouldn't consider it to be very likely to find a compatible script. I was thinking about seeing what compatible scripts there were for unrelated units with ICE this week, because I have wondered about how far we could take this EUD thing by swapping iscript headers. If you find anything please tell us.

If all else fails, I'll just resort to an air unit's attack. The Glare of Death!
