The cookies cannot be deleted, because some program is holding them as "open" or "writing". Cookies can't write to cookies, so another program is saving these cookies for some reason and storing virus information prehaps.

I'll explain everything as that nerdy computer guy told me...
"The virus is not runnable alone, it needs to attach itself to an .exe file to execute itself. After, it must create a "connection" to read-only files to make itself permanent. Because of the .exe using the cookies, you cannot delete them. It is strange 'cause usually the virus would use other files than cookies."
Thats what he told me.
He did not tell me where the virus came from or what it is.

EDIT: Not to make anyone freak out, but did you also download and use EUDEnabler? If so we could have a serious problem on our hands.

No, I did not download the EUDEnabler. And I wasn't planning to.
