Anyway, I'm single-handedly drawing a movie for my final project at film school. Here are two stills from the movie, tell me whatcha think.

Here is the sexy female lead of the movie. The main character just said something very weird to her.

Here's the primary villain. He's actually a transforming highschool test(No, I'm not on drugs). He's showing off his moves lol.

nice work but why does the villan have shadows on him like that when its a cloudy day...

Cause he's evil!!!!! Evil doers have eternal shadows!!
oh and, cuz that's how anime is usually colored.

MEEE superficial? Are you saying I'm wrong? Maybe the reason people don't become famous is because they don't believe they will! Few people go far in their lives by accident.

And I'm not gonna say "j/k" or put any kind of cause-defeating smilie at the end of my post, cuz I don't think I'm wrong. In fact... I never have thought so.

Its been nuts working on it though. You can work for weeks and only get a few seconds of footage. Sometimes it seems like the amount of work that goes in seems way too disproportionate to the amount of finished product you get. To make it more interesting, I have a 3 year old son that interrupts me every 5 minutes.

There was a time when I had to get into some kind of "zone" in order to draw, but having a kid will sure make you get over that pretty quick.

I wouldn't have it any other way, though.

well i could do so much better, but i would never take the time to animate them into a stop motion film, you have guts

I hear ya, I can draw better than these too.

But keep in mind I'm drawing a 15 minute movie by myself. So putting an epic amount of effort into each frame wouldn't be practical, or I'd be working on this thing for years!

I try not to spend more than a few minutes on each drawing and do some photoshop coloring on them after that.

why use photoshop when you could just use ms paint? PRIMARY COLOURS YAY

No flash whatsoever. All hand drawn, photoshop colored, avid edited.

Just your plain ol' traditional 2D animation.

So, What are you animating it with, Bootleg? Or is it without a program?

Avid, the editing software. It's also bootleg. Broadcast quality Avid is usually priced between $600-$2000. I got my avid for 50 bucks. DONT TELL! lol

Yeah, sorry my favorite game is Chrono Trigger. He did all the art for that so no, I'd say he animated Pokemon.
