lol nice way of evading brushes by using the pencil. If you think about it, anyone who didn't know they could do this should be shot....but still for the newbs out there its good I guess...

(P.S - Just trying to sound smart, I thought you needed some nifty tool... interested.gif so add me to the people who should be shot list.)

Kusion, you forgot to mention that you make it on a new layer. There are actually people who think photoshop will read their mind and apply the outerglow only to what they want.

Actualy, the glowing-part wouldn't be too hard. That's what I was referring too.
For the lines themselves, you could just do those in MSPaint... >_>
