yeah i've been makin my rp map Black Night RP and i added a sound thing but when i make a civ go 2 the location IT WONT WORK!

Conditions
Player 1 brings 1 Civ 2 location Halo
Action
Wait 100 milisecouunds
Play Wav
Preserve Trigger
Plz help....

If you're using hyper triggers then they would mess up the wait action and the trigger wouldnt work, if you aren't using hyper triggers I don't know whats wrong with it.

hyper triggers make the actions and conditions happened quicker
well i dun use hyper triggers....hm maybe my problem is testing my map in single player?

that helped a bit....but still im confusled....

recheck your triggers and can you post a clean post of your triggers one more time and ill take a look at them...
About what? Put some hyper triggers in your map and see what happens. It ill make everythign fire faster and may fix some bugs you had before. If it makes you map worse just delete the hyper triggers.
i dont think the hypers will fix the sound but it will fix othe problems in his map, if is any problem, then its prolly jus a stupid mistake he made doin the trigs for the music

You guys are asking of too much, just ask him to post the map. Plain, simple, and effective. Post the map and we will see what you did wrong.

yea u have to add waits..... the wait has to be as long as the music file is....if you dont then it will keep playing like a sec of the song and preserving that trig instead....

well did you move the civ whn you moved to that location to start the music?
then there u go, u dont need to add waits then, but if you left that civ at that location then u would need to have waits..

but i hope that the map will stil play sounds when i launch it into battle net becauz im usin tons of sound and i no its over 16
why are you using so much sound...that will make your file too big and people wont want to stay there dling the map for hours....jus to let u kno
yeah i guess and i just tested the sound on battle.net and it didnt work...so yeah i guess is should cut down the sound by a bit
