so if player 7 has no other triggers and u add hyper triggers to that player, u can have as many waits as u want in every player?

No, hyper triggers don't fix wait blocks. Hyper triggers speeds up trigger detection by 12x. So if you had a preserved trigger going, instead of waiting 1 second for it to refire, it would take 1/12 of a second.

Clearly not. The normal repeat between trigger fires is two, not one second. Hypertriggers reduce that to 84 milliseconds. They do absolutely nothing in the way of fixing wait blocks.
