Cloak and Invisible are not the same thing.
Cloak is when the actual bunker is there yet cloaked like a unit
Invisible is when it's not there at all and the units appear to be shooting from nowhere. This involves moving the actual bunker to a different spot. The units however will shoot from their original position.
BTW, I believe what's wrong is that when disabling a unit/building it only disables one of them. So if you want all of them disabled you need to like center a location on each of them and disable them one at a time.
So like what I would do is a trigger like:
Computer player 8 cmds at least 1 bunker
Center location on the bunker
Disable the bunker
Give it to another player
Preserve
But I need more information. Does at least one of your bunkers cloak?
And I believe you only have to disable the bunker, you don't need all the wait 111ms, I think that's only for units.
