Ok, I was reading some one's forum and I just thought, why don't I make an RPG on Star Craft JUST LIKE FF7.
Warning: It might be one of the most popular rpg ever on b.net.

Ok, for the people who have never played Final Fantasy 7, it is the best final fantasy out of all of the series.
Also, the battle system is that you run around in the wild/ enemy zones, and every certain amout of steps you take(its random) you go into a battle. Just like all the other ones, execpt the Final Fantasy 11.

Its a good idea but not the first. Theres already ff7 maps out there and their not bad. Your gonna be limited I think theres just so many things you would want to do and wont be able to

Not only that, but I never get tired of people saying 1 FF is better than all the rest.

But yeah, it's been done, it's been done lots of times and very well.

Yeah....Your Idea of a Map isn't really New.....But What I suggest you to do is come up with new Idea's for Your FF7 Map. Something New and Intresting thats not in any other FF7 Maps.

I was thinking, for the battle system, if you land on a certain location at a certain area, it teleports you to a corner of the map, which is where you battle the monster/enemy.

There will also be materia in this! I am quite a FF7 freak, I will try to add EVERY single little thing/part off FF7 as I can.

There will be Armour also, of course like FF7, with materia slots.

You watch, this map will be awesome.

Not really an amazing idea, you should actually try a different RPG that no ones has tryed to make before, like the good old classic Final Fantasy 1 or something, or completely make up ure own, but w/e

You using Virtual HP? Otherwise all the monsters with health about 9999 will seem to be invincible (except for a health bar under the unit itself that never seems to go down).
