Your post is a freak of nature... not to be offensive. It's just... wierd, in some aspects.
But anyways, as for helping you, you need a listfile. I'd show you where to get it but I don't know where.
Why are you looking in the MPQ in the first place? RetroGRP can interpret it for you...

Hi R(a)GeD(F), welcome to StarEdit.net. I need to tell you that some people find it offensive when you use the word "gay" to describe something, whether it be in real life or online, because it's a discriminatory overtone. On StarEdit.net in particular, discriminatory overtones go against the kind of community that the owners of this site are trying to build so you should avoid using them.

As for your question, here's your answer: http://www.starcraft.org/customs/CustomsFA...BeginnersFAQ/67

My 2 cents, and a word of experience:

DO NOT use RetroGRP for such purpose. ITtcan get buggy/crashy. OPen the MPQ manually (WinMPQ, CV5, whatever), extract the grps you want...and THEN use RetroGRP to deal with them. That's the best and safest way to alter SC graphics, according to my experience.

In case you don't know which GRP files to look for, check out this:

http://www.stormcoast-fortress.net/Spc/spc3b1.html

And use the GRP ID/Name column for identification. I Hope this helps...smile.gif

I think BroodKiller's talking about using RetroGRP to extract GRP files from the MPQ, right? Yes, I completely agree, I never trust RetroGRP with that job. I always use WinMPQ to import or export any file to or from an MPQ. RetroGRP only does what it's designed to do on my system, and that is to edit GRP files, not extract them.
