I have a suggestion for this:

Uncheck high ground in the location, and use "player brings scv to location" in the conditions. This should run more smoothly than if you used "player brings 0 scv to location", because the ENTIRE SCV must be outside of the location, which takes longer for it to move. Either that, or you could make that location smaller.
