Staredit Network -> StarForge -> Wierd colors?

Hi, just wondering... is this normal:

Didn't think so...
It happens when I switch layers *click or do anything*, but if I move the screen *and cursor* it goes away.
It is always the same spot and amount of space of what is displayed.

Uhh... so wtf?

EDIT: - and *s

EDIT #2: Also, outside of the purple area acts like null (0) tiles on StarEdit (shows where the cursor and units have been)

Do you have starcraft open and have a Windows XP? This happens to be, but not that wierdly.

What color depth are you running your computer on?

Yeah, anything that might also be using the SC color pallette might do that. Is it that big a deal if you can just get rid of it so easily?

Win98/ME
Does it wether Starcraft is open or closed
Never has done before.
Tried restarting.
