Somebody please help me out. I'm using an iBook with Mac OS, so the Blizzard sound extractor utility won't work on my computer. Could somebody simply send me a zip file with the extracted sounds folder so that I can use it in my maps (or post it as an attachment)? Thank you.

Get a MPQ viewer and open up stardat and broodat. The music is in INSTALL.exe on the CD.

I'd like a zipped file, if possible. But where could I get an MPQ viewer for Mac OS?

Maybe, but not one for Mac OS. StarFire and Emerald are the only ones that work for Mac OS, and I've got Emerald (StarFire won't work). That pretty much leaves me without anything. So, will somebody just zip the files and attach them, please?

If my package ever gets approved, you should be able to DL that, then use MPQ2K to get all the sounds you could ever want.

Umm . . . nuclearrabbit, what was that? I don't think I understand what you're saying. Is this package a Mac tools package or something? That would really be nice, since the Mac SC community hardly gets any attention. I can't even open StarFire after downloading it from here, but nobody seems to be doing anything to fix it . . .

I beleive Starforge has the sounds already or Sound Utility will work.

Yes Sf Has The Sounds But If U Dled SF Plus b4 SF 2.2/2.0 It Wont Have The Sound And Youll Have To Set The Directory To Starfroge 2.2/2.0

I Had This Problems A Few Weeks Ago
