Staredit Network -> Terrain -> how to make good terrain... just 1 question
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Goran on 2005-09-02 at 20:06:02
I'm using scmdraft2 for terrain... I want to mess around with doodads and stuff but why cant I put stuff over the doodad? I dont know how to hide the square doodad like for example a cliff doodad...

Are you guys not using doods but placing individual blocks to make the effect? Or what?

Any tips? Different editor?...?

Place the doodad, highlight it then right click, then click "convert to terrain" then you can mess with it all you wish

You could do the covert terrain thing or you could just go to brush: terrain tileset and then BOOM theres every terrain+doodad in that kinda map.

(I.E. desert or twilight, ETC.)

Plus some more, such as the raised jungle ramp.
