last night, i got over 4000 e-mails, the exact same, in about 3 seconds, for the last hour ive been deleting them, wut happend?

I've never seen that many messages. Hopefully It didn't happen to me

this was my first forum post, anyway i didnt send any e-mails, i just came on this morning, that bam billions on e-mails
EDIT: i think it was my auto responder...
EDIT X2:i figured it out, i used this e-mail for bnet acount recovery, so when bent sent me the e-mail, my auto responder replayed to it, but it failed, so i got an e-maiol about that, then my auto resopander responed to that, so, 1 big circle, the way i stoped it was, i turned off my auto responders, tada fixed, nowall i got to do is delete all those e-mails

I got some stuff like that. Not bnet though...

From "asjme@uaa.alaska.edu" containing "Important.zip (21.89kb)" and no description or message context other than "Important Document!"

Also got a message from the same sender that they were unable to deliver something to somebody, but didn't actually tell me anything. I haven't opened either. I will when I'm at the library comp or something.

Yoshi, I think "StarEdit General" may cause problems because people may take it as "StarEdit.net General".

yeah, i disbaled my aotu responder, and spent 3 hours deleting all those e-mails

I got about 36k emails. They have been removed with a simple SQL query. It was a malfunction while I was gone
