Everytime i try to upload my map it comes up with

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

The file type you tried to upload is not allowed!

Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong?

Is there any way 2 change it into an allowed file type or can i just not submit it?

Rename it and then tell people what to change it to maybe?

What kind of file are you uploading, and to which category?

I am trying 2 upload a Bound into the Bound catagory.'
