is there a way u can make a unit burrow with a trigger?
im not sure if it in Run AI Script AT cuz i looked there jus now
if there is a way to do it can u plz tell me how? ;\

try searching the ai script's that r unused. or try removeing the designated lurker and replace it with a burrowed one

there are alot of unused stuff for the bw zerg thing and my friend jus told me that the doodad state on it mite work.

Pretty sure there is no Ai script that makes units burrow. Positive actually. Setting the doodad state won't make them burrowed. You can trick it to unburrow by placing enemy cloaked units to the player but not to the computer so the unit unburrows to try and attack it. You can remove that unit later and the unit should burrow again. Unless it is for the lurker which, if it is should stay burrowed.

You can't exactly move sprites and call them for usage at any time.

its for this RPG. the hydra battles some guyz and when hes losing he escapes and i wanna do the escape by making him burrow

o so it's a hydra not a lurker? ne way here's what i suggest, it's imposssible to my knowlage. so if thats a good enough suggestion then biggrin.gif unless you can mod it (even better)

the computer units should burrow by itself if burrow is enable

dont think u can burrow them with trigger

well heres what u can do. when u want the hydra to retreat just make the hydra allie wit the guys hes retreating from(the ppl hes fighting have to allie the hydra too)and then he should burrow. biggrin.gif

If having his whole team ally with the players is undesireable, it would also work to give him to the "towns" player, or some other player allied to the players.

jst center location on hydralisk, remove hydra, create hydra with properties: burrowed, and whayever hp u want, that wont be accurate cuz hp will change.

The whole point is to get the unit to do the Burrow action, not an alternative to fake it.

If there's no big battle going on you could make the hydra and everything attacking it invincible (hydra also because otherwise it will just run away)

If its a human player, not possible
If its a computer player, have the unit under the command "stop" meaning they are not doing anything. No AI scripts, no commands, no units attacking it etc. When they have "stop" units automatically burrow.
