Hey, I've had an idea in my mind every since I started played Morrowind.
It's an RPG where you hunt/fish/trade/trap/barter/duel etc.
Unlike most RPGs this will not be a "pick 1 of 10 guys, kill alot of monsters then kill the end boss". What I'm looking for is a RP and a RPG mixed theme where you interact alot and roleplay but you must survive and ultimately you may win if you can reach a certin level. (like 100) But this can be your choice.
You level up through fighting the monsters and dueling or hunting and trading . (gold can buy level ups) I also want to put in a nice backround storyline to tie it all in nicely.

I've got the layout done and it looks great..

I need good roleplayers/mapmakers/Rpger's to give me ideas and/or help with the trigger work.

No negetive or off-topic comments please.

Note:
If this is in the wrong section then please move it.

Thank You!

You've already made a topic on this, but ohwell.
Here's an idea. You could have the following options when starting:
Race. Pick either Protoss for a Race that specializes in Magic and/or Unarmed combat, Terran for Long Range(Bows, Lances, etc) combat specialists, and Zerg for Sword/Knife/Etc specialists.
Starting Bonus. Start with lots of money, or high experience, or high proficiency with weapon.
Starting Equipment. Choose either Magic or Unarmed if you picked Protoss Race, Bow or Lance or Spear etc if you picked Terran Race, or Sword or Knife or Whip if you picked Zerg Race.
Lastly, Element. Element will effect Spells, starting Spells, what bonus stats you get, etc.

Another idea:
If you have the system where when you level-up you get more armor, and you buy armor, instead of buying a new unit(you should upgrade, not buy the units is better in my opinion BTW), then you could use the system idea I said a while ago:
If you buy an armor better than your current armor, it sets a trigger so that until your character has reached 0 Gas, and until he's stepped off the Upgrader Beacon, the trigger will constantly set his Gas(or Minerals for Armor) to whatever level the Armor is.

Good job copying and pasting from BlizzForums.

lf you want a nice Rpg, then be sure to add tons of sounds (Nice ones, no low quality ones) and if your making an intro, please dont make it long.

Were you referring to Idol, or me?
And if me, what did I say that was copied?

Ok, if it's at Blizzforums or not, it doesn't matter, it's here, if you'll respond to it within the guidelines, then thank you, if not, reframe for posting.

Sounds good, I used to play that game a lot. I don't know if its possible to put the entire world of Morrowind in one map, but I would love to see it attempted at.

Me no think that he's trying to get the entire world, but he's trying to make a map BASED ON the world of Morrowind.
Also, I'm gonna post an idea you could use in the PINNED "Map Ideas" thread.
