I should have made this decision sooner, but there must be at the very least 20 participants in the UMS Map Making Tournament for material prizes to be awarded. I guess seeing Chu whip out $30 for a person for no good reason made me speed this decision up. I don't want to do that.

The deadline is a month off. I think lack of support for Chu's contest had to do with multipule contests going on at once. People aren't going to put down a contest this big, methinks.

It's now 20. It's reasonable for him to do this, but I agreed it should of been a bit lower, so its 20 now. If it can't get 20, he shouldn't have to send prizes. This contest has been at a lot of communities.

I was planning on it anyway. Ooh, and update on prizes! Depending on how costs come down on technology stuff, I may upgrade to the coveted 6800 GT by the time the deadline rolls around. Ok so the due date is that extension I mentioned in the original topic. Woohoo!

It was in news for like a month. Yoshi pinned it in the In Production forum so that it wouldn't be lost in these forums when I asked him to.
